The new Austin Dash Lab specializes in custom drill mounts and lens prescriptions that require special technical expertise. We don’t let anything stand in our way in achieving perfection!
Austin Dash is a new concept for Essilor in that we are a smaller localized finish lab and we focus on personal service. Specializing in drill mounts is myself, Greg Williams. I currently have over 21 years of lab experience, as well as wholesale, retail, dispensary, and pre-testing experience. I believe an overall knowledge of all areas pertaining to optics is invaluable as I can relate to each and every situation my customers might face from day to day.
In addition to myself, Michelle Campbell, formerly from Southern Optical in Bristol, Tennessee has been with Essilor Labs of America 4 years. Michelle is my much appreciated Lab Assistant here at Austin Dash. She handles all the up front duties that include order entry, inventory, paying bills and customer service. We welcome our newest employee Wilma (Lee) Rice. Wilma has 25 years of customer service experience and is an important part of the Austin Dash Lab team.
If there’s ever a need to do the ‘seemingly impossible’, please send that job my direction for unmatched visual and optical quality. When others tell you it can’t be done, give me a call.
